MAHPSA SAC was created as a specialist division within the Conservi Group to operate in real estate business consulting, as well as advising in the technical, economic and financial areas of construction projects.

Mahpsa is part of the Conservi Group, which is a real estate developer and construction company with over 20 years of experience and recently developed and built one of the best resort hotels in the north of Peru. We formed a strategic alliance with Casa Andina to operate it.

The CONSERVI SRL Group was founded in 1994 to serve the demand for residential, office, retail and industry real estate. Since then we have achieved the following numbers:

The key areas are the development and execution of real estate projects, attaining the most favorable real estate deals, keeping a competitive sales team, and providing comprehensive advice to our clients.

VISION

Our vision is to continually grow the company by broadening our portfolio of projects. The strategies to achieve this goal include increased investment from Banks, as well as investment from local and foreign investors.

Another key strategy is starting operations in high growing markets. Mainly the provinces of Arequipa, Piura, Chiclayo and Cajamarca. We have the capabilities for this exapansion thanks to our team of specialists, who have ample experience in real estate and construction.

We see ourselves in the avantgarde when it comes to implementing marketing strategies. We specifically customize the marketing strategy for each project, mainly by the nature our differentiated products and the high quality we have over our competitors. We expect the strategies to vary depending on the market segment.
